Cancellation policy

For One-Time Orders:

Please cancel your order as soon as possible, as most all orders are completed the same day within 2 hours. Otherwise, please defer to our Return Policy.

For Recurring Subscription Cancellations:

We want to ensure you have the flexibility to manage your recurring subscription in a way that best suits your needs. Therefore, we offer the ability to cancel or edit your subscription anytime.

To cancel your subscription you can cancel or edit your subscription by logging into your customer portal on our website. Once logged in, you can view your current subscription and make any necessary changes, including canceling your subscription.

Alternatively, simply send an email to info@c60.com with your cancellation request. Please include your name, email address, and subscription details in your email, such as the product name and recurring billing amount.

Please note that if you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will be effective immediately and you will not be billed for any future subscription renewals. However, any charges that have already been processed for the current billing period will not be automatically refunded and will defer to our Return Policy at that point.
